EFT is perfect on skype, you will be emailed an EFT sheet prior to your first appointment. Hypnotherapy on skype involves a half hour face to face appointment and a half hour of recording afterwards. You will then be emailed your personalized audio to make the change.

Make sure you are in a quiet place and undisturbed, this is private work. Please make contact on time. My skype name, marilyn_hypnotapper, will be noted on your receipt after making payment.

Phone calls work like skype calls. If we are doint EFT it will last for the hour. If we are  and hypnotherapy by phone consists of approx. half an hour discussion online and the rest of the hour for recording. The audio recording will be emailed on after.

Please ensure you have the phone number to call and make your call on time. It is useful to have a handsfree phone for EFT appointments as we need both hands. However, many have worked with their phone balanced on their shoulder. Make sure you are in a quiet place and undisturbed, this is private work.
