This is week 4. You are more in control of your food now. It is time to look slimmer, to sculpt a new shape.
Moving on motivates you to burn up more calories, to tone up those muscles to take up the slack skin as the weight goes. Any sort of exercise is fine. Walking, dancing, swimming, any sport, wii fit, pilates, yoga, zoomba, whatever.... you will think of something to get those muscles toned.
This audio re-emphasises what you have done and moves you up a gear to feel motivated, confident and successful.

The more often you listen the more benefit you get. Listen to this every day for at least a week, in work-breaks, as a passenger in a vehicle, in a quiet comfortable place at anytime during the day. Next week listen to Cruise Control.
Every audio in this series motivates for success. Ensure you listen to them all.
