Unwinding teeth grinding is perfect for all ages from 16 up. Listen a minimum of 5 times the first week, 4 the second week and 3 the following week. Always listen when you are resting as it either sends you off to sleep, or lets you roll over afterwards and go to sleep. If you awaken in the night use it to relax you back to sleep.
If you have been wearing a mouth guard compare the indentations before, and then after the third week.
