Just back from France. The GB Ladies team including yours truly came second and we won the silver medal!

I have just completed the 3rd selection shoot of the season. At the start of the season I was in 7th position, then moved up to 5th, then 4th equal where I had to shoot off for a GB team place but lost out.

I have just come back from a very wet and windy south Wales but I am now in 2nd position in the ladies rankings. If I can keep that position after the next shoot in July then I will qualify for the GB team at the World Champs in France in August.

My daily schedule is now completely reorganised with time for exercise and all those little things I never get around to doing. Through your hypnosis I now feel a compulsion to fit these things into my day, leaving me feeling a lot better by the end of the day.

I'd like to say a big thank you for your recent help, and for introducing me to the world of hypnotherapy for the first time. I'm sure fairly typically of many people in today's business world, I really wanted to create a bit of time and space for myself, to re-evaluate my priorities, both on a business and personal basis.

You gave me the time, and permission to do both! You have an excellent, patient, and quietly focused way of asking the right questions to get the right answers. I felt confident and at ease, and completely trusted your capabilities and your professionalism. The hypnotherapy session was wonderfully relaxing and gave me the chance to really clear my mind and reinforce my new priorities. It is also the most pleasurable homework I can remember having!
